Garmai Mulbah is a 27 years old who’s originally from west Africa Liberia.  She moved to Canada with her parents and two little brothers at the age of 10 in 2004. She is also a personal support worker (psw) planning to go back to school to get her nursing license. Garmai has recently started her own cleaning company  called sweep it up cleaning services  and she can’t wait to see where God takes her with it. She has a beautiful two years old daughter name Amaya, she‘s just a ball of sunshine who’s always happy and willing to learn. Garmai’s hobbies are creating content for her Instagram page, learning some new recipes and dancing. Garmai’s motto is you can always dance a bad day away. 

She has always wanted to help others ever since She was a little girl from volunteering at the Ottawa men’s shelter with her church to volunteering at the Salvation Army. Being able to give back to her community has always been the top of her list and she hopes to be able to go back home to Liberia someday to help out anyway she can.  

Garmai wants to show young single mother’s you can still have any life that you want for you and your babies no matter what is in your way, all you have to do is believe in yourself and have faith. Life doesn’t have to stop here, you are the author of your own story so keep writing.
